This service is only available online, you will not be able to purchase a vehicle check over the telephone. If you have a query which is not answered within the help pages of this site you may call our Service Support Team on 0870 156 6354 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). Calls from BT landlines cost up to 10p per minute. The price of calls may vary with other operators. Please check with your operator for exact charges.
